+ When will I get my order?
Preorders will ship on or before Nov 14, 2025.+ I want to order a kit that will ship right away, how do I do that?
We have a few of our current kit designs in stock, click here to shop from only those designs. Select the ‘Ships in 1-3 Days' option when adding to cart.+ What happens if I buy a pre-order kit in addition to something else in your shop?
If your order contains a pre-order kit, your whole order will ship on or before Nov 14th. If you would like non-preorder items to ship within our usual 1-3 days, please purchase them in a separate order.+ How long do I have to choose which kits I want to buy?
You must place your order on or before Sunday, Oct 26th when the pre-order will close at the end of the day. After that, most of these designs will go away and we will go back to selling only our current collection.+ Why aren’t all the designs available all the time?
Because it’s only the two of us managing our studio and making everything by hand, we maintain a collection of 6-10 designs that can ship quickly rather than keeping 60+ designs in stock. To keep our kit collection fresh and current, we’re always releasing new designs and retiring old ones. However, we know that new customers are always finding our work and are sad to have missed older kit designs that are no longer available, so we make the retired designs available for limited time periods twice per year! This allows us to batch the work in a way that is manageable for the two of us.
